I have fished live bait. I am not opposed to it, I just don't like it on my small boat. Maybe I am just a victim of obsessive compulsive disorder or as some of my buddies say “ a clean freak”. Perhaps I just enjoy the challenge of using artificial bait., whatever, enough psycho-analysis........

Think Like A Fish!

This exciting new camp will teach young anglers basic skills to enjoy catching fish. Held at Conquest Beach on the Chester River, the three-day camp, offered three separate sessions, also encourages an understanding and appreciation of the Chester River and the Chesapeake Bay watershed.

The new shop is open. Shore Tackle and Customs Rods has moved west a few miles. The shop has moved east to the Fisherman’s Village on the southeast side of Kent Narrows. You’ll find it in the area in front of the Fisherman’s Inn and the Fisherman’s Crab Deck. Stop in and check out a full line up of saltwater tackle including OB Custom Rods and Lures and the new Cove Regional Series Rods and Lures - this is the good stuff.
