Tackle Cove Returns and Exchanges Policy
At Tackle Cove, we are
committed delivering an outstanding tackle buying experience. If you are not
completely satisfied with your product for any reason, you may return new and
unused products to our warehouse within 30 days for an exchange or
For us to
process the refund, all merchandise must be returned in original packaging
complete with all accessories and posses the original manufacturer tags and
merchandise should be returned directly to the manufacturer under their return
policy. If you have difficulty, please contact us at email@example.com and we will assist you. In most cases, we
will arrange to replace defective units with same model and style if you are
unable to return the product directly to the manufacturer.
Regional Series Product is covered under the “Cove Solid” Warranty.
Returns should be sent to the warehouse at the address below.
All returns must be insured and postage prepaid.
All returns must be sent via UPS, Federal
Express, or any other courier that Issues a tracking number.
If you have the original invoice, please fill
out the return portion of the invoice. Please include the reason that you
are dissatisfied with the product.
If you do not have the original invoice or
receipt, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for
a Return Authorization. Please include your name and address, date of
purchase and product part number in the e-mail.
Returned product must be accompanied by the
original invoice, original receipt or a Return Authorization.
Please, clearly print or type your name and
address on the outside of the package.
Method of refund will be as follows:
- If you paid via credit card, you will receive credit
to the same credit card
- If you paid via check or wire transfer, you will
receive a check refund
- If you paid via gift card, you will receive company
Shipping and Handling is non-refundable
unless we made an error in the shipment of the product.
