Tackle Cove Returns and Exchanges Policy 2021
Tackle Cove is a family owned fishing outfitter specializing in Chesapeake saltwater fishing and kayak fishing. We are committed to providing quality products at competitive prices. Like all small businesses, COVID-19 continues to impact our business and create challenges with inventory and supply chain logistics. We are doing our best to deal with these challenges. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return new and unused products to our warehouse within 20 days* of purchase date for an exchange, store credit, or refund.
Kayaks, Special Orders & Closeout Deals: Kayaks, special orders, and closeout products are not eligible for refunds and/or returns.* Kayaks and certain items are also ineligible for shipping. Online kayak sales are strictly in-store pickup. Local delivery is available on a case-by-case basis, min. charge $100.00. Arrangements must be made to pickup your kayak within seven (7) days. *For kayak returns, exchanges, and refunds to be considered, a written request must be sent via email within seven (7) days of purchase date. Decisions are made on a case-by-case basis. A re-stocking fee of $25.00 may be charged.
How to Return: For us to process the refund, all merchandise must be returned in original packaging complete with all accessories and posses the original manufacturer tags and identification stickers.
Defective merchandise should be returned directly to the manufacturer under their return policy. If you have difficulty, in most cases, we will try and arrange to replace defective units with same model and style if you are unable to return the product directly to the manufacturer. All returns must be insured and postage prepaid.
All returns must be sent via UPS, Federal Express, or any other Courier that issues a tracking number. If you have the original invoice, please fill out the return portion of the invoice. Please include the reason that you are dissatisfied with the product.
Returned product must be accompanied by the original invoice, original receipt or a Return Authorization. If you do not have the original invoice or receipt, please contact us at email@example.com for a Return Authorization. Please include your name and address, date of purchase and product part number in the e-mail.
Please, clearly print or type your name and address on the outside of the package.
Method of Refund will be as follows:
- If you paid via credit card, you will receive credit to the same credit card
- If you paid via check or wire transfer, you will receive a check refund
- If you paid via gift card, you will receive company credit
Shipping and Handling is non-refundable unless we made an error in the shipment of the product.
